Acceptable Use Policy
Use Vibe Shot only for lawful, consensual creative work. These standards apply to uploaded photos, requested edits, generated frames, finished videos, account activity, and attempts to use the service.
Content standards and prohibited categories
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit nudity, nudification, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized identity edits, or exploitative sexual content.
- Violence or graphic content: graphic injury, gore, torture, dismemberment, threats of violence, or content that celebrates or encourages physical harm.
- Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
- Child unsafe content and CSAM: any sexual, exploitative, abusive, grooming-related, or otherwise unsafe depiction of a minor, including generated or age-altered content. Suspected child sexual abuse material may be preserved and reported as required by law.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual impersonation, identity theft, fraud, misleading political media, or media designed to make a real person appear to say or do something they did not do.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: use of protected characters, artwork, logos, brands, or other material without the rights or permission required by law.
You also must not upload another person's biometric imagery without authorization; harass, humiliate, defraud, or exploit another person; or attempt to bypass safety systems, payment controls, rate limits, or account restrictions.
Platform content moderation
We use automated file validation, pre-generation content checks, AI-provider safety controls, post-generation output screening before display, rate limits, and abuse monitoring. We retain limited moderation outcomes and category records without copying the scanned prompt or image into the audit record. A generation request may be blocked before completion. Reported content and related account activity may be reviewed by the Vibe Shot operator when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce this policy, or comply with law. Automated checks are imperfect and do not replace user responsibility.
User reporting channel
Report suspected abuse to hello@takevibeshot.com with the affected URL or account, a description of the concern, and any supporting evidence. Do not email illegal imagery; send only the information needed to locate it. We review credible reports and may request additional details.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may refuse a generation, remove media, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, block repeat access, preserve relevant evidence, reverse associated credits, and report conduct to payment providers or competent authorities when required by law. Severe child-safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, or credible violence violations may result in immediate suspension without warning.
