Terms of Service

Vibe Shot is operated by Haowei Lu, an independent operator based in China. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Vibe Shot, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The service and your account

Vibe Shot is a digital AI-assisted service that turns submitted photos into generated portrait frames and downloadable mood videos. You must provide an email address you control and are responsible for activity performed through your verified session. Service availability and generation time may vary.

Your photos and permission

You must own the photos you upload or have clear permission from every depicted person. You must not use Vibe Shot to impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, or harm another person.

Content standards, reporting and enforcement

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. You must not upload, request, generate or distribute pornography or sexual/NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech; child unsafe content or child sexual abuse material (CSAM); deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation; or content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

We use pre-generation checks, AI-provider safety controls and post-generation output screening before display. Report suspected abuse to hello@takevibeshot.com with the affected URL and a description, without attaching illegal imagery. The operator may review credible reports and related account activity. Violations may result in blocked generations, content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to competent authorities when required by law. AI-generated results

Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended differences. You are responsible for reviewing a result before publishing or relying on it.

AI technology disclosure

Vibe Shot uses OpenAI GPT Image 2 (gpt-image-2) to generate and edit portrait frames from submitted selfies and selected mood references. We arrange four generated frames with transitions and a soundtrack into an MP4 whose length depends on the chosen template, currently up to 15 seconds; we do not currently use a separate text-to-video model. Supporting OpenAI visual-analysis and moderation models may assist with composition and safety checks.

Credits and availability

New verified users can create up to three free watermarked videos, subject to anti-abuse limits. The Launch Pack is a one-time USD $4.99 purchase providing five video credits. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic recharge. One paid credit creates one clean, unwatermarked video when generation succeeds. Failed generations automatically return the reserved credit. Purchased credits do not expire while the service and account remain active unless a different term is clearly displayed before purchase.

Payment and taxes

Each purchase is a separately authorized one-time transaction for the amount shown at checkout. Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record and payment processor and may collect applicable taxes or request information needed to process the order. Vibe Shot does not store your complete payment-card details.

Refunds and billing problems

An entirely unused credit pack may be refunded if requested within seven days of purchase. Duplicate charges and credits not delivered after a completed payment will be corrected or refunded. Used credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. AI output and intellectual property

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the output generated for your account. You retain your rights in submitted content and give us a limited permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You remain responsible for ensuring that your inputs and use of outputs do not violate another person's rights.

Changes and suspension

We may refuse a generation or suspend access that violates these terms or creates safety, legal, security, or payment risk. If Vibe Shot discontinues the paid service, we will provide reasonable notice and a reasonable opportunity to use or request a remedy for remaining purchased credits. We may update these terms as the service changes; mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
