Refund Policy

Vibe Shot sells one-time packs of generation credits with no subscription or automatic renewal. If a generation fails before producing a downloadable video, the reserved credit is automatically returned.

Refund eligibility

An entirely unused credit pack may be refunded if requested within seven days of purchase. Duplicate charges, credits not delivered after a completed payment, and remedies required by applicable law are also eligible for review. Completed and consumed digital generation credits are generally non-refundable.

How to request help

Email hello@takevibeshot.com from the account address with the transaction identifier, approximate purchase time, and reason. We aim to acknowledge the request within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method and may remove unused credits associated with the refunded purchase.
