Privacy Policy

Vibe Shot is operated by Haowei Lu, an independent operator based in China. This policy explains how we process information when you use the service.

Information we process

We process the email address you use to sign in; the photos you upload; generated images and videos; credit, order, and payment-status records; hashed network identifiers used to prevent abuse; and operational, error, usage, and content-safety records. We do not ask you to create a password and we do not store complete payment-card details.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the requested generation service, maintain your account and credits, process orders, deliver login and service emails, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, troubleshoot failures, comply with law, and improve service reliability. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos to train our own identity model.

Service providers

OpenAI processes submitted and generated media for AI generation and content-safety checks. Render hosts the application. Supabase provides the database and private media storage. Zoho Mail delivers sign-in and support email. Cloudflare provides domain, network, and security services. Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record and payment processor. Payment-card data is handled by Waffo Pancake and does not pass through or remain on Vibe Shot servers.

Security and international processing

We use HTTPS in transit, private object storage, restricted administrative access, hashed anti-abuse identifiers, short-lived signed media links, and secret-managed production credentials. Because our providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside your country under the providers' contractual and legal safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Your generated videos are retained long-term for as long as your account remains active, unless you delete them or removal is required under our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. Uploaded selfies and intermediate generated images are scheduled for deletion after 30 days by default. You can delete all media associated with your account at any time from the account dialog. Account and credit records remain while the account is active. Content-safety and security records may be retained for up to 12 months. Order and payment records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer when required by payment, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of information associated with your account by emailing hello@takevibeshot.com. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days, subject to identity verification and applicable law.

Children

Vibe Shot is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be announced on the service or by email at least 15 days before they take effect when reasonably possible. The privacy and support contact for Haowei Lu is hello@takevibeshot.com.
